Ingredients:
3 cups strawberries
1/4 cup strawberry jam
2 tablespoons sugar (omit if you wish)
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1 pinch of salt
Method:
1. In a blender, blend strawberries, jam, sugar (if using), lemon juice and salt until smooth.
2. Pour strawberry mixture into ice block moulds. Cover and insert sticks.
3. Freeze until solid, at least 8 hours. Dip moulds in lukewarm water to release ice blocks.
